Delivery Information and Charges

Our Carriers, Interlink Express and DPD offer a first class service to the UK Mainland and throughout Europe.

Once an item has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number and confirmation of which carrier has been used. To follow the progress of your parcels, simply log onto either http://www.interlinkexpress.com/ or www.dpd.co.uk and type in the tracking number in the top right hand box.

Standard shipping to UK Mainland* is FREE on orders over £50.00

Orders Under £50 will incur a £5.99 delivery charge*

* Standard delivery does not include some addresses that our courier may class as outside the UK Mainland but are geographically inside the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly - see shipping prices below.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery is 2-5 days.

90% of all standard delivery orders will be with you within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched with an estimated delivery date.

Next Day Delivery before 12:00noon for £17.99: Available if you order before 1pm. (Next day means next working day)

Delivery Address - Important Information: Delivery is to the address where a credit/debit card is registered. Delivery can be made to a work address but we will require a Company Name, telephone number and Company email address.

A Signature on Delivery is required.

If there is nobody home at time of delivery then a note will be left by the courier. *See below for further information.

Delivery to Neighbour: If you would like your parcel left with a neighbour, please mark in the comments box provided. (Not available with overseas orders).

*Delivery Failures: If the delivery fails the courier will leave you a note to contact them to organize a re-delivery date, you must contact them within 5 working days (a time cannot be specified, the goods will be delivered between 8.30am-5.30pm). Failing this the goods may be returned back to our warehouse where an extra delivery charge may apply to either attempt the delivery again, or in the case of refunds, refund the cost of your order less delivery charges. If the goods are returned back to us by yourself, because you no longer want the order, then a refund will be given less any delivery costs** that we incurred. (**If the shipping was free with your order a £5.99 handling charge will apply, if shipping was classed as outside the UK Mainland then the cost of those locations would apply.)

Shipping costs stated on our web site are for guidance only, if large items are ordered then additional shipping costs may apply. Your order is NOT confirmed or processed until you have been notified and are satisfied with these additional costs. You may still cancel your order at this stage.
